If you place your order before 16:00 Monday-Thursday, in most cases, we’ll be able to deliver your goods the next working day between the hours of 8.00 and 18.00. If you place your order before 14:00 on Friday we’ll be able to deliver your goods the following Monday.

Occasionally we may experience delivery delays due to factors beyond our control such as in adverse weather conditions. If we are experiencing delays, we’ll post updates to our main page and our Twitter feed.

No, we do not operate a minimum order value. Delivery is free for all UK Mainland orders over £200 (exc. VAT) and in most cases will be received the next working day. For orders below £200, there is a standard carriage charge of £9.99 (exc. VAT) and again in most cases your delivery will arrive the next working day.

Please note: exceptions apply to orders being delivered to non-UK mainland locations.

Yes, we do. We would need to quote the delivery charge as the cost is based on the number of parcels and overall weight of your consignment. Once your order has been placed, picked and packed, we will be in touch with your delivery quote.

Unfortunately at this time, we do not offer weekend delivery. Deliveries are made between 08:00 and 18:00 Monday – Friday.

All of our parcels have been carefully packaged to ensure they arrive with you in perfect condition. In the rare event that your order does arrive damaged please contact our customer service team within 24 hours of delivery at  info@baasaastore.com or +44 7741 500098

We will require images of the damaged product, to carry out an investigation to try and prevent damages happening in the future before replacing or refunding as appropriate.

Please note: in most cases, we are unable to compensate if your consignment has been signed for in good condition.

If you would like to collect your goods from our warehouse in Padiham, Burnley select the free Click & Collect option at checkout. Once your invoice has been received via the email address on your account, your order is ready for collection. Please bring with you to the main entrance your invoice or order number for collection.
