We understand that a reliable and timely delivery is vital to our customers – we enlist the services of FEDEX for our parcel deliveries and North West Logistics for all pallet deliveries.

For deliveries to Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland, Channel Islands, UK Offshore Islands, Scottish Islands and Scottish Highlands, a delivery quote is required as the cost is based on the number of parcels and overall weight of your consignment.

When will I receive my delivery

In most cases, we’ll be able to deliver your goods the next working day between the hours of 8.00 and 18.00. If you place your order before 14.00 on Friday, we’ll be able to deliver your goods the following Monday.

Occasionally we may experience delivery delays due to factors beyond our control, such as adverse weather conditions or logistics network issues. If we are experiencing delays, we’ll post updates to our main page and social accounts.

Please note, orders placed from 16.00 on Thursdays that contain GSL medicines will not be despatched until the following Monday for Tuesday delivery, this is due to the required storage conditions set out by the manufacturer and in line with the Good Distribution Practice of Medicinal Products. Using our courier service, we are able to quote delivery almost anywhere in the world.
